The ground floor includes a gallery space, a peaceful courtyard and a magnificent Arlesienne Cuisine. On the upper floors are several guest and seminar rooms and self-catering apartments. Reception Rooms

Le Petit Salon

Restoring this panelled and painted room back to its 18th century glory was an arduous task. Now, with its gilded mirrors, marble fountain and antique ceiling frieze, this reception room and exhibition space is perhaps one of the most charming in Arles.

The Courtyard

During the hot summer months, the courtyard becomes an alternative dining area. High walls provide shade, and a vine flourishes alongside potted plants. 1940's iron chairs, painted black, provide a chic flourish.

La Cuisine Arlésienne

Whitewashed beams, ancient stone floors and a traditional tiled stove create a warm Provençal atmosphere. Simple rush-seated chairs and a farm-house table are enhanced by a collection of gleaming copper pots and local ceramics.

Le Petit Déjeûner

As far as possible our breakfasts are organic, locally-sourced and ethically-produced. Freshly-ground coffee, a selection of teas, home-made jams, croissants and crusty baguettes are served on vintage china.

ARRIVAL

Please visit the page for maps and how to access Galerie Huit Arles by foot, train, car or plane.

If you are arriving by car and have heavy luggage or other deliveries we recommend you telephone 30 minutes before arrival, so that when you reach rue de la Calade we can quickly help you unload and then drive on to a parking space. Like much of historic Arles, rue de la Calade is a narrow, one-way street.
